Pre-Sales Support
D2i Solutions provide on-line demonstrations and an initial pre-sales site consultation free of charge. We can also provide on-line Groove experience sessions of 1 hour duration if you require specific functionality to be demonstrated or you want us to work with you on a proof-of-concept with Groove based tools.
On-site assistance for Groove Implementations.
On complex installations our consultants can work alongside your designated Groove Administrator to pass on the skills necessary to roll-out and manage your implementation.

Hosted Management Server Administration
We can manage your server for you, create users, user groups, define policies, delete users, and remind your users about account back-up, and report back to your designated contact any issues such as license over-run, or identify if you have any “idle” user accounts. This is normally billed monthly by usage. We will normally require a customer technical contact to work with, who would deal with the actual Groove set-up tasks on the physical machines.
Groove Backup
We can provide a Groove Backup Service, this would involve backup of Groove Workspaces, or Groove File Sharing Workspaces to our servers. This is charged by administration plus data storage per month, in units of 200MB. We cannot, at the moment, handle File Sharing Workspaces larger than 1GB in size.
* If you prefer not to backup to our servers, use our consultancy service to learn how to use Groove to back-up internally, or between your own sites.
Groove Document / Software Management
Use our “robot” Groove service to provide your document management system. We ensure your documents or software library are available to invited Groove users via the internet, 24x7. Just send us your documents and files to be added.
