Rupert Denny – Co-Founder & Commercial Director

Rupert served for 10 years as an Army officer. His last three years were spent as a Technical Weapons Staff Officer on the team that brought the Challenger Tank into service. For the next 15 years he was heavily involved in Financial Services in sales and operational roles, for stockbrokers and two major insurance groups. In his last role in the industry his operation was generating an annual turnover of £20 million. He then turned to consultancy within Financial Services and, latterly to providing IT solutions for Financial Services.

Ray Jordan – Co-Founder & Solutions Director

Ray is a physicist and mathematician by profession and has spent 40 years in the IT industry. He spent 17 years working for IBM and was responsible for establishing their Management Consultancy practice in Europe on 1975. During the 1980’s Ray founded and grew several IT software and consultancy businesses, with Multinational clients such as BP, Shell, IBM, major banks and other financial service organisations world-wide. The last 10 years he has co-founded a successful software services company in Healthcare, with clients including NHS Executive, Microsoft, HP and recently was responsible for developing the Security, Privacy and Confidentiality policies and guidelines for the NHS.
